Care and cleaning: We recommend using tencel as a free-laying rug and not placing any furniture (such as cupboards, dining tables and chairs) on top of it to prevent prints on the rug. With light pressure, the prints can be rubbed away by hand. (Instructions for use and care: please see label as per attached photo)

Regular vacuumingon low setting (minimum friction)The rug may emit slightly shaggy particles, this is normal for this rug and is not a quality issue. With regular vacuuming, this will diminish over time. NB: Not suitable for powerful rotary (robot) hoovers.

In case of staining, remove immediately; take white kitchen tissue to dab up (do not rub). In case of stain formation, we recommend calling in a professional cleaning company immediately for further professional treatment.

To preserve the rug: Avoid continuous and direct sunlight on the rug, use protectors under chairs, tables, sofas and cupboards to avoid impressions on the rug (heavy elements flatten the pile of the rug).

Do not pull on loose ends of the rug, if unexpected, check if they can be cut and use scissors.
