Information around returns, warranty & complaints

Returns:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including (delivery) costs. Only the return costs from your home to the web shop are for your own account. These costs amount to approx. € 9.95 incl. VAT for a standard parcel.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Rocaflor-Interieur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, please inform us of your return notification at: shop@rocaflor-interieur.nl.
Following receipt of your return order, the order amount will be refunded, provided that it is in proper (new) condition.
Returns are not possible in the following situations:
For products made to the customer's specification, returns are unfortunately not possible.

Warranty:

Legal guarantee
When you purchase a product, you always have a legal guarantee. This means that you are entitled to a good product. However, there is no legal guarantee period in the Netherlands. This is because some products last longer than others. An item should be in good condition upon delivery and function properly with normal use.

What is a good product?
You should at least be able to use an item for a certain time without any problems (assuming it has also been treated properly). How long an item lasts depends on what it is. A bed obviously has a longer lifespan than a pair of shoes. Are you buying something on sale? Even then you are entitled to a good article.

When is a product not good?
An item is not good if it is incomplete, damaged, broken or does not work properly.

Your rights during the guarantee period
If an article is not satisfactory within the return period, we will look for a suitable solution as soon as possible. For example, by a free repair, a new item or a refund. Is the problem with the article your own fault? Then you are not entitled to a free repair, a new item or a refund. Have you used the item normally but it is simply worn out? Then you are also not entitled to a free repair, a new similar product or a refund.

Proof of guarantee
The invoice of your order is also your guarantee certificate for your article. If you wish to claim warranty, we will ask you for a copy of the invoice. Please keep it safe.
Complaint or defect under guarantee
If you report a complaint about an article, we will check whether the guarantee provisions, as described in the general conditions, apply to your personal situation. If the complaint is justified, all costs (including shipping costs) within the guarantee period will be borne by Rocaflor interior.

"It can always happen that something does not quite go as planned. We advise you to first make complaints known to us by emailing shop@rocaflor-interieur.nl.
